ASHG welcomes and encourages industry speakers and presentations at the Annual Meeting. All presentations should be scientific in nature and, except for Satellite Symposia, may not offer educational credits like CME or P.A.C.E.

There are a variety of avenues to present industry science:

• CoLab Theaters – 30 or 45-minute talks in one of three theaters in the Exhibit & Poster Hall.
• Industry Education Events – Typically held over the lunch period for 1.5 hours, featuring more than one speaker with meal provided. In 2020, these events will be held in the San Diego Convention Center. Application here, due May 20.
• Satellite Symposia – Offer CME credits, and may be held either prior to the official start time of ASHG scientific sessions or in the evening after official sessions have concluded. Application here, due May 20.

For other events like board meetings or advisory groups, more information will be available in early 2020. Please note that official ancillary, industry education, and satellite symposia may be held only during these times.
