Check Computer Settings
To make sure you can dive right into all the great Annual Meeting content, do a quick system check to make sure your computer is ready! Please review other helpful virtual event suggestions to make the most out of your experience.
Finally, use Chrome or Firefox browsers to access this event. If you have any questions or problems, please contact Intrado event support or review the list of emails of each of our internal departments for a staff member to assist you.
Plan Your Schedule
Check out the Schedule at a Glance and the detailed 2020 Schedule so you can review and take note of all the great sessions and offerings you may be interested in attending. Starting Friday, October 23, you can login and build your custom agenda and download it to your personal calendar. You will receive a separate email with login instructions tomorrow.
Login to Attend the Virtual Meeting!
Beginning Friday, October 23, you can view on-demand content, resources and start building your itinerary. On Monday, October 26 at 8:00 am ET, we will kick off Career Development Day and additional content such as the e-poster gallery and the exhibit hall will also be open. Simply click on your login link (sent separately) using either Chrome or Firefox browsers on a laptop or tablet and use your provided credentials (registration ID and password) to access the platform.
Check out our virtual chat rooms and lounges before sessions begin and start a discussion with our colleagues from around the world. Visit the virtual chat schedule and learn when you can connect with speakers and thought leaders throughout the week.

- Looking for a fun activity in between sessions and a chance to win prizes? Check out some of the games available on the platform and enjoy some downtime with your community members! ASHG will be giving away daily prizes for the tops point-earners and a grand prize at the end of the week.
- Monday, October 26 is Career Development Day, and access to all this content is included in the registration fee. Sessions start at 10:30 am EDT. Everyone can use this day to become familiar with the platform and all it has to offer. Exhibits, posters, gamification, chat rooms, and workshops will also be available.
