Exhibitors who wish to hold a group block of 10 or more rooms must contract with the hotel separately. Hotel sales contacts will be shared with current exhibitors once they are available; please reach out to exhibits@ashg.org for details.
Deposits/Payment and Policies
A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required to guarantee your reservation(s) at all official ASHG Hotels. You will be required to provide a valid credit card with an expiration date and security code at the time of booking.
Each hotel has its own cancellation policy. When booking your reservation be sure to read the hotel’s cancellation policy. If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation, please call the hotel directly. All changes are based on availability.
Confirmations: Hotel confirmations will be emailed to you from your hotel once your reservation has been confirmed. An email address is mandatory to receive a reservation confirmation. Remember to check your spam email for your confirmation.
Group Reservations (10+ Rooms)
Companies are required to contract with the hotel for your group block of rooms directly. Companies will be liable for the pick-up of the hotel block. Please contact meetings@ashg.org for a list of hotel contacts. Before signing contracts, remember to review the obligations and penalties. ASHG is not responsible for obligations made between companies and hotels.
