Please see the following sections for details on services available to attendees. Note: ASHG subsidizes 60% of the childcare cost for ASHG 2024 annual meeting attendees.

| Childcare | 612 | Advance Registration is Required. ASHG subsidizes the rates. Register now! Children 18 and under may receive a complimentary badge at the registration counter in the Colorado Convention Center. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. |

To give parents & children a place to relax during the meeting. Attendees may not use this room for babysitting purposes. Equipped with soft chairs, accessible electrical outlets, a water cooler, and a refrigerator. |
| Prayer/Meditation Room | 101 | Includes chairs and a directional sign. |
| Quiet / Sensory Room | Near 102 | A quiet place to take a break. This room is not intended for phone calls or meetings. |
| Gender Neutral Restrooms | E Lobby & Bluebird Ballroom |
Restrooms that may be used by a person of any gender or gender identity. |
| Coat & Luggage Check | Lobby F, near Registration | Available for a small fee per item, first come first served. Sponsored by DNAnexus. |

Internet Access
Complimentary wi-fi will be available to all meeting registrants in all public lobbies and meeting spaces of the convention center except inside the Exhibit & Poster Hall.
Parking
Registration does not include parking at the Colorado Convention Center, however, passes may be purchased in advance of the meeting.
