Whether you’re teaching new techniques, discussing emerging technologies, or sharing best practices, your workshop can make a significant impact. Don’t miss this opportunity to contribute to the scientific community and showcase your knowledge. Please note: Commercial workshops are not eligible. 

Get Started

Contact all participants of your proposed workshop to ensure the following: 

    • Availability to present in person at the 2026 Annual Meeting or online (scheduled throughout the year) 
    • Review the ASHG policies, submission attestations, and proposal guidelines 
    • Workshop description, outline, and learning objectives 
    • All participants’ ASHG membership status and preferred email address (must be the same email used for their ASHG account, whether they are a member or not)
  1. Join ASHG or renew your membership.  
  2. Review the step-by-step instructions as well as all guidelines listed on this webpage to prepare the necessary information for the proposal. 
  3. Ask the Digital Learning Committee and/or ASHG staff any questions you have. You are encouraged to work with the Digital Learning Committee in advance to refine your proposal.
