Usernames and Passwords: Please use the username/email sent to you via the email “ASHG 2021 Virtual Meeting Login Details.”
If you need to reset your ASHG password, please visit https://portal.ashg.org/s/login/ForgotPassword. The password reset email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org; please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders.
Should you not receive this email, please reach out to email@example.com or call 301-634-7323. If you used a different email address on your ASHG account than your ASHG 2021 Virtual Meeting registration, a team member will help adjust those accounts so that you can gain access to reset your password and join the virtual meeting.
Website Access: If you are having trouble accessing the ASHG 2021 Virtual Meeting website, please ask your IT department to whitelist the URL: https://ashg2021.ashg.org/. ASHG’s meeting platform is provided by Freeman Online Event Pro.
Thus, it may be wise to also whitelist the following URLs:
Registration Validation Error: If you receive an error message stating, “We cannot validate your registration with the credentials you provided,” please first confirm your registration is active here.
If you are not registered, you will not be able to access the meeting website. If you recently registered (i.e., today), please close all your browsers, clear your cache, and/or use a private/incognito tab to ensure you are completely logged out of your ASHG account, then retry logging in at https://ashg2021.ashg.org.
If you still experience issues logging into the platform, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 301-634-7323. ASHG staff will escalate the issue to our technical team to identify and resolve the issues as soon as possible. Note that if you used a different email address on your main ASHG account than on your ASHG 2021 Virtual Meeting registration, a team member will need to adjust those accounts so that you can gain access to virtual meeting.
