Description
This workshop will introduce participants to the new Human Pangenome Reference, how samples were chosen to maximize variation, and the technologies used to build the pangenome. After completing the workshop, attendees will have learned how to access HPRC data and resources, as well as the technologies and methods used to construct pangenome graphs. Participants will be able to conduct variant analyses using the pangenome and utilize tools for mapping their own short- and long-read data to the pangenome.
