ASHG’s Leadership Workshop is designed to support scientists who are eager to launch the next stage of their career and communicate the value of their work. Established leaders in the genetics community will discuss their journey creating and growing a presence in the genetics community, specifically addressing the key tools scientists need to market their research and attract collaborators. Additionally, they’ll address the avenues they took to build relationships and networks that sustainably fund their labs.
In addition to understanding the next step in their scientific journey, participate in a leadership training on team building and managing others, while networking with other geneticists at a similar stage of their career.
