ASHG 2016: Exhibits

Q: What are projected booth fees for 2016?

A: They will likely be:

  • $3,200 for 10’x10’ inline
  • $3,300 for 10’x10’ ┬ácorner
  • $3,500 for 10’x10’ prime booth
  • $35 psf for island booths
  • $750 for advocacy group*
  • $1500 for 5x10 non-profit** booth
  • $2500 per 10x10 for non-profit** booth with basic furnishings

*An advocacy group is defined as a group that exists to promote advocacy/awareness of genetic disorders and/or relevant causes. These groups do not have membership or annual meetings.
**A non-profit organization must have one of the following characteristics:

  • A 501 (c) 3 organization
  • Federal government agency
  • Not-for-profit entity that sells a product or service to professional attendees or institutions
  • Membership and/or professional association
  • Hosts a scientific meeting or conference relevant to ASHG attendees

Q: What dates will exhibits be open?
A: Wednesday, October 19 through Friday, October 21, 2016. Exhibit hours are to be determined.

Q: When will exhibit booth registration open?
A: March 2016. A Prospectus will be available in February 2016.

Q: How many badges are included with my booth?
A: Each 10x10 booth receives six exhibitor badges for exhibit hall access only. In addition, each company receives two full scientific meeting registrations.

Q: Can exhibitors attend sessions?
A: Exhibit badges do not allow access to scientific sessions.
