Hotel Information and Reservations

THE ASHG 2006 ON-LINE HOUSING SITE IS NOW CLOSED. Changes, cancels & new reservations may be handled directly with the individual hotels beginning September 21, 2006. Between September 15 and September 21, the hotels are downloading your reservations into their in-house system. Please do not call them during this time period.

Cancellation/Changes: AFTER September 21, please contact the hotel directly to make any changes or to cancel your reservation. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in FORFEITURE of your entire room deposit. Please review your acknowledgment for your hotel's cancellation policy. Hotels may charge a penalty for early check-out. Below is a list of hotel numbers in our block.
