Early Registrants (those that registered prior to September 9) were mailed the abstract book/CD-Rom in advance of the meeting. If you have not received it, please go to the Registration Help Desk in the South Foyer of the Salt Palace Convention Center to request a “replacement copy. |

| I didn't receive my Program Guide. What do I do at the meeting? |
No registrant receives a program guide in advance of the meeting. All registrants will receive their Program Guide on-site. |

| Lost Abstract Book and CD; Lost Program Guide - What do I do at the meeting? |
Additional copies of the abstract volume/CD Rom/Program Guide can be purchased for $45. The Program Guide can be purchased for $10 and the CD alone can be purchased for $15. Go to the Publications/Ticket Sales Counter in the registration area. |

| Where do I find a business center/E-mail? |
There is a permanent business center located in the Convention Center. It is centrally-located on the upper level. Most of the participating hotels also have business centers with Internet Access options. Kinko’s is located at 19 E 200 S, Salt Lake City Phone: (801) 533-9444 and is open 24 hours. A complimentary Cyber Café will be located in the Registration Area. |

| How do I receive a Complimentary Registration? |
ASHG does not offer complimentary registration. All abstract authors/presenters (platform and poster) must pay the standard registration fee. |

| How do I arrange for child care? |
Check with hotel concierge or call any of the following agencies: Nanny on the Net, 801-355-3282 or Guardian Angel Baby, SLC at 800-598-1229. |

| Can my spouse/child/parent get a guest badge for access to a scientific session? |
Yes. |

| Can my friend/colleague/cousin/student/graduate student get a guest badge? |
No. |

| Where do I apply for guest badges? |
Please go to the “Registration Help Desk” in the registration area, South Foyer, Salt Palace Convention Center. Intended registrant must be accompanied by the registered attendee. ONLY immediate family members of the attendee are to be granted a guest badge (brother, sister, child, spouse, or parent only--friends do not get guest badges and must register as an attendee). The Registrant must complete a Guest Application Form for each guest. Guest badges allow the guest ONLY into the session in which their family member is making the presentation, including poster sessions. Guest badges do not allow guests admittance to any other scientific sessions or the Exhibit and Poster Hall except during a poster presentation. If family members wish to attend more than the one presentation, they must register as a non-member. |

Contact Pauline@faseb.org. Once on-site, there will be a Housing Counter in the registration area.
Luggage Storage?
A luggage storage and coat check is located in the registration area. No attendee materials, bags, coats, etc. may be left in ASHG offices or any session rooms or public areas at the Convention Center. All belongings must be either kept with the owner at all times or checked in at the luggage/coat check area. Security may confiscate any materials, bags, packages, coats, etc. left “unattended.”

Registration Refunds?
No refunds will be given on site.
Requests or questions regarding any type of refund must be addressed to the ASHG Administrative office in Bethesda, MD after the meeting. Contact the Registrar at: tvogel@ashg.org.
