Hotel Information and Reservations

Hotel reservations may be made via the meeting online reservation website.

Please make hotel reservations online via the housing Web site or download the pdf form for mailing or faxing. To obtain the special ASHG meeting rates, make your reservations early—hotels nearest the Convention Center and those with lower rates will go very quickly. The deadline for making reservations at the meeting rates is Monday, September 19. Hotel placement is on a first-come, first-served basis and according to hotel room availability. Hotel rates listed are in US dollars and are subject to state and local taxes. Rates do not include any meals. Complimentary shuttle buses to and from the Salt Palace Convention Center will NOT be provided.

Neither the Society nor the Housing Bureau can guarantee that hotel rooms will be available at the ASHG group rates after the deadline of September 19 at the official ASHG meeting hotels. Note that ASHG meeting headquarters hotels always sell out well in advance of the deadlines.
