Exhibits
Publications, electronics, laboratory equipment and accessories, computer software and other products and services of interest to registrants will be on display in Exhibit Hall D at the Salt Palace Convention Center from Wednesday, October 26, through Friday, October 28.
Press Room
The Press Room will be located in the Salt Palace Convention Center. Complimentary meeting registration and badges will be available for members of the media who provide appropriate identification. Contact Jane Salomon by e-mail at the ASHG Administrative Office (jsalomon@ashg.org) with all Press Room and press-related issues.
Job Fair Meet 'n Greet and Employment Opportunities
This year ASHG will initiate a new service for those seeking a position and those looking for qualified candidates. In addition to online services you will learn about via email, we will hold a reception in Salt Lake City to introduce attendees to the onsite and extended services provided by FASEB. The "Meet 'n Greet" will be on Wednesday evening, and services will be available in the exhibits area throughout the meeting. In addition, space will be available for scheduling interviews during each day of the meeting. We look forward to extensive utilization of these expanded services.
Child Care
The Society will suggest information on daily childcare in Salt Lake City upon request. It is the individual's responsibility to make arrangements. Childcare will not be available in the Convention Center. Please send your request for information to the ASHG Meeting Management Office via regular mail or e-mail to Pauline Coyle at pauline@faseb.org, or fax to (301) 634-7014.
Child Care Information: Listed below is the contact information for agencies offering child care in the Salt Lake City area. Arrangements should be made directly with the child care agencies at least three days prior to the meeting, as further information will be required in order to match the service and the child care professional to the family requirements. All agencies/child care providers are licensed, bonded, and insured. Additional costs may be required depending on the requested time/day. You may also wish to contact the concierge in your hotel for arrangements. If you need further assistance, please email Pauline@faseb.org.
Nanny On The Net: Since 1991, Nanny On The Net has been assisting families in their search for professional child care. Nanny On The Net only places Nannies who have a minimum of three (3) years of professional childcare experience, and who are CPR/First-Aid certified.

Guardian Angle Baby SLC: Since 1993, Guardian Angel Baby has been assisting families with babysitting needs. All “angles” are CPR / First-Aid and Fire Safety trained. They have their own supply of babysitting items to help entertain the children they spend time with. Each angel has three reference letters on file.
