Space Rental Fees

All single booths will be 10' x 10'. The following fees are in US dollars.

	Inside booth (bounded by a front aisle only):	$2,400
	Corner booth (bounded by a front and side aisle):	$2,500
	Prime Space booth (See shaded spaces on floor plan):	$2,600
	Peninsula booth (two corner spaces at end of aisle):	$5,000-$5,200
	"Natural" island booth (shown on floor plan and comprised of 4, 6 or 8 spaces):	$10,000-$20,000
	Custom island booth (requires removal of booth space[s] to form the island):	Total cost of each aisle and corner space, including spaces removed to make an island, PLUS $1,000

 
A deposit of $1,000 per space reserved is required with online Space Application. ASHG accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards for payment.

A hyperlink to the exhibitor's Web site from the ASHG meeting exhibitors' Web site is available for a fee of $300. All information about the 2007 exhibits will be online in September and will remain online until September 2008, when 2008 exhibit information goes online.
