All exhibit space must be carpeted (no bare floors). Standard aisle carpet will be blue. The online Exhibitor Service Manual Web site will include forms necessary to order furniture, Electronic Lead Retrieval equipment, labor, telephones, electrical, carpeting, rental displays, flowers, and services. A service desk will be open in the exhibit hall during scheduled installation, exhibiting hours, and dismantling. Exhibitors will be assured of the most efficient set up by ordering all labor, furnishings, services, and equipment in advance.
