Installation of Exhibits
Tuesday, October 23: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Applications to work on the floor
after 5:00 PM may be made to ASHG Exhibit Management.) Contact:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in
the exhibit hall during set-up or dismantling of exhibits. All
exhibit material must be unpacked by 5:00 PM, Tuesday, October 23,
to permit removal of empty crates and cartons from the exhibit area.
Any exhibit not unpacked by this time will be placed in storage and
can be returned only after the exhibits close on the first day of
exhibiting, or ASHG Exhibit Management may order the exhibit set up
by the decorator and the cost charged to the exhibitor. Reserve
booth supplies shall be kept in closed containers and stored in a
neat and compact manner. No refuse, such as empty cartons, may be
placed in the aisles after the final vacuuming of aisles in the
exhibit area. One-time booth space cleaning is provided immediately
following installation and is included in the cost of the booth. The
exhibitor must order all other cleaning in advance.
