Sponsorships

ASHG offers its exhibitors many exclusive opportunities to sponsor a number of beverage and refreshment breaks as well as invited scientific sessions. Sponsorships of these functions range from $1,000 to $10,000. Sponsors will be acknowledged: 1) on a special page in the Program and Abstract Book and Program Guide; 2) at the ASHG Annual Meeting Web site, 3) on the Program CD distributed to all registrants, 4) on signage in the registration area and at each food/beverage station during the sponsored event, or for scientific session sponsors, outside the presentation room, and 5) on a special slide projected in every session room, shown just before each break or at the beginning of the sponsored scientific session.

Sponsorship reservation requests and information about sponsoring invited scientific sessions will be available to each contracted exhibitor before the July 14, 2006 deadline. Sponsorships will be awarded based on first offer received (i.e., form and check or credit card received date). If the requested event has already been assigned, ASHG will contact the exhibitor's representative to discuss other available options.
