Security

ASHG hires security personnel to check badges of individuals entering the exhibit hall and to watch the exhibit hall during non-exhibiting hours. However, the ASHG, the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Brede/National Exposition Services and the security company will not be liable for any losses of any materials or items taken from the exhibit hall or from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Exhibitors are encouraged to take all appropriate measures to safeguard their displays and equipment.
