EXHIBITION LOGISTICS
All booths are approximately 10' x 10'. Inside booths (bounded by a front aisle only) are $2,250 USD. Each corner booth (a standard in-line booth that has traffic on two sides, or a space that is bounded by a front and side aisle) is $2,350 USD. PRIME space locations (shown as shaded spaces on the floor plan), whether aisle or corner, are $2,450 USD. Peninsula booths (at least two corner spaces at the end of an aisle) are a minimum of $4,700 USD. A "natural" island is space bordered on all sides by an aisle that is already part of the existing floor plan. A "custom" island is space bordered on all sides by an aisle only AFTER existing booth spaces are removed from the floor plan to form a new aisle. The cost of a formed island is the total number of aisle spaces at $2,350 each (including those being removed to form a new aisle) plus total number of corner spaces (including any removed to form new aisles) at $2,350, plus a premium of $1,000 USD. A deposit of $1,000 per each space requested is required with online Space Application. The balance due on the total cost of space assigned, plus hyperlink charges, where applicable, must be paid on or before August 14, 2006. Payment for balance due may be made online by credit card charged to VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover; or by check payable to ASHG. Each booth space includes 8' high gold, white, and purple back drapes and 36" high side dividers plus a standard identification sign with company name (7" x 44"). |
