EXHIBITION LOGISTICS
Dismantling of Exhibits

Friday, October 28: 4:00 PM-9:00 PM

No packing of equipment, literature, etc., or dismantling of exhibits is permitted until the official closing time of 4:30 PM. Delivery of crates will begin at 4:30 PM. All exhibits must be packed by Friday, October 28, at 9:00 PM.

IMPORTANT: To avoid any damage to your equipment, remain with your exhibit booth until crates are delivered and labor is available. Security will be on duty; however, The American Society of Human Genetics, Exhibit Management, the Salt Palace Convention Center, and Brede/National Exposition Services cannot assume any responsibility for any loss or damage to exhibits, equipment, personal belongings, etc.
