Dear Registrants of ASHG 2014:

We look forward to seeing you in San Diego for ASHG 2014!  Before you travel to the meeting, please note the following:

green-check Plan your schedule in advance by viewing the schedule of events and Program-At-A-Glance and access printable guides and forms. Get answers to any last minute questions. You can also build your itinerary and search and print abstracts.
green-check Download the mobile app ASHG 2014 to your smartphone. Once the App has been downloaded, you will not need an internet connection to view information. If you are on your smartphone or tablet, click to download from the Apple App Store or for Android on Google Play.
green-check Bring your badge sheet if you received it in advance. Any tickets you have purchased to special events/workshops are included on your badge sheet.

Bring your hotel acknowledgement. If you are unable to find your hotel confirmation, contact the ASHG official housing bureau, OnPeak, at (312) 329-9513 or contact the travel agency/hotel that handled your reservation. International Attendees: Bring your passport and visa with you in your carry-on luggage (Note: not all countries require you to have a visa).

Note that the official attire is business casual. Remember to dress in layers and wear comfortable walking shoes.

Remember photography of slides, posters, speakers at the podium, and data on the screens is strictly prohibited.

Inform your co-workers and loved ones of where you are staying and how to reach you in case of an emergency. The San Diego Convention Center does not have a paging system.

On-site Registration and Program/Addendum Pick-up: To avoid long lines on Saturday and Sunday, we suggest you go to the San Diego Convention Center at least one hour before the start of the first session on Saturday and at least 45 minutes before the first session on Sunday morning to pick up your badge and other materials.
