GENERAL INFORMATION
Instructions for connecting to the Wi-Fi in the Westin Grand Ballrooms will be provided
in the addendum.
The
Cyber Café,
sponsored by Genzyme, is located in the North Lobby and is open
during registration hours. Attendees are asked to limit their time to 15 minutes per visit.
Literature Area – North Lobby, Level 1
Attendees can post fliers advertising social events or upcoming meetings.
Exhibitors
are not permitted to display materials in the literature area.
Luggage Storage and Coat Check – North Lobby
Facilities for luggage storage and coat check are available Wednesday through
­
Saturday. Please do not take luggage into the session rooms. All items must be
checked in and checked out on the same day. Items should not be left overnight.
Parking and Directions
Parking is available only on a first-come, first-served basis. Valet parking is ­available
for $25 per day and is located on the east side drive. To self-park in the south lot,
­
parking rates are $12 for regular-sized vehicles and $24 for oversized vehicles. If the
south lot is full, attendees may be directed to an off-site parking lot and be charged the

Prayer/Meditation Room – Room 213, Level 2
This room has been set aside for prayer and meditation and will be open during
­
registration hours.
Press Office – Room 252, Level 2
Journalists should go directly to Room252 to receive a press badge, program ­schedule,
news releases, and other media materials. The Press Office is open Tuesday through
Saturday for registered journalists only. For more information about press registration
procedures, policies/guidelines and on-site media events at the 2013 meeting, please

Restaurant/City Information/Tours and Activities
Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau will provide city information at the permanent
counter located in the North Lobby. City maps and brochures on local attractions are
available in this area. You can also make restaurant reservations and book tours. The
counter will be staffed with experienced personnel Tuesday through Friday.
