Hotel confirmation will be emailed to you from onPeak/ASHG Housing once your reservation has been confirmed.  An email address is mandatory to receive a reservation confirmation. Remember to check your spam email for your confirmation. You will not receive a confirmation from your hotel. We suggest that you call your hotel two weeks before your arrival date to reconfirm your reservation and to ask for a confirmation number issued by the hotel.



Hotel Policies and Special Requests


Payment Guarantee Policy
A deposit equal to one night's room and tax is required to guarantee your reservation(s). You may provide a valid credit card, with an expiration date after your scheduled departure date or a check made payable to onPeak. All checks must be received no later than August 16, 2013. Checks are to be sent to: onPeak, c/o ASHG Housing, 350 N. Clark Street, Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60654.  Checks must be received by August 16, 2013

Reservation(s) not guaranteed are subject to cancellation.

Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. The hotel, not onPeak may charge your deposit up to 30 days prior to check-in. If you plan to use one credit card to pay for more than one reservation, please email for your hotel's credit card authorization form.


Changes/Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid loss of deposit. If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation on or before October 10, 2013, make your changes through the onPeak online reservation system or call 1-800-219-8916. Changes or cancellations to your reservation after this date must be made with the hotel directly. All changes are based on availability. Failure to show on your confirmed date will result in one (1) night’s room and tax no-show penalty (charged to the credit card provided). 


10+ Rooms: Attrition/Changes/Cancellation

Rooms without names will be released and placed in attendee general sale on August 10.  All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to ASHG Housing 72 hours prior to arrivalCancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one (1) night’s room and tax cancellation fee (to the credit card provided) and forfeiture of your hotel deposit. Any cancellations made within at least 72 hours of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. Failure to show on your confirmed date will result in one (1) night’s room and tax no-show penalty (charged to the credit card provided). 


Every group reserving 10 rooms or more must agree to a room block agreement contract. Once the group block is confirmed, each group will be responsible for picking up 80% of the block's total room nights.  Groups will be required to confirm the total number of room nights needed as well as a list of names assigned to the block by Friday, August 9, 2013.  Any rooms not confirmed by this date will be released.  Should the actualized block fall below 80% of the confirmed block, the group will be billed the difference between the actual hotel's pickup numbers and 80% of the agreed upon total room nights.  These monies are due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
