Scientific registration, badge and publications pickup is located in

Registration Fees
The registration fee includes entry to all invited scientific sessions, platform sessio
poster sessions and exhibits. The fee does not include admission to separate ticket
events, and it does not include meals or hotel costs.

Registration may be paid by cash, check, money order or credit card (American Express, MasterCard
or VISA). Canadian funds will be accepted (
check the registration form for rates in Canadian dollars
IFHGS Member Society Delegates
are eligible for the discounted member rate if they are members
in good standing (i.e., dues paid and current) of any one of the IFHGS Full Member Societies.
Student/Trainee Delegates (members and nonmembers)
may register at the
discounted rates
Postdoctoral fellows and students working toward a degree in human genetics (or an allied field)
qualify for the rate. Trainees will be asked to provide certain information to determine their eligibility.
Trainees who register on-site should bring a student ID card or a letter signed by their department
head to certify current status
Developing Country Delegate
may register at this rate if they are from a country that is classified
by the World-Bank as lower income or lower-middle income. ID is required.
Guest registration will be available on-site only for family members of registered delegates.
Guests registration fee of $175 includes admission to the following: Opening Ceremony, Opening
Reception, Closing Ceremony, and the Exhibit Hall. The guest registration does not include access
to scientific sessions. In order to register as a guest, you must be accompanied by a paying scientific
registrant. Please go to the Registration Help Counter located in the registration area. Guests will
be issued different colored badges from scientific registrants.
Replacement/Lost or Forgotten Badges
A $5 fee will be charged to registrants for each replacement badge requested (e.
to replace badges that are left at home or in hotel rooms, lost or forgotten).
