NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR ASHG EXHIBITORS:
At the 2008 Annual Meeting, ASHG is offering
a new opportunity for contracted exhibiting
companies that wish to host a private
media event for their organization
on-site in the Philadelphia Convention
Center.
This year, ASHG will be allocating a
separate room (next to the official ASHG
Press Room) that an exhibiting company can
use to conduct their own private media
events for a fee. Exhibitors will be allowed
to lease this space to host small-scale
media events, such as press briefings,
public announcements or product launch
events. Exhibitors can also use the room as
a place to conduct private media interviews
with company representatives or
spokespeople.
