Dear Prospective Exhibitor:

The American Society of Human Genetics invites you to participate as an exhibitor at the 58th Annual Meeting to be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, November 11 - 15, 2008 (exhibit dates: Wednesday, November 12 - Friday November 14). The 58th annual ASHG meeting will cover a variety of sessions on human genetics including: invited speaker sessions; plenary, platform and poster sessions; and social issues and education sessions. The exhibit hall will house commercial exhibits and poster sessions. Complimentary refreshment breaks will be stationed throughout the exhibit hall during poster sessions all three days, 4:30 PM until 6:30 PM. Tuesday and Wednesday and 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM on Friday.

ASHG will provide all attendees with bar-coded meeting badges to compliment lead retrieval equipment available for exhibitors to rent, providing a quick and convenient method of transferring leads to computers. ASHG exhibitors have the exclusive opportunity to advertise in the annual meeting Program Guide, and to purchase mailing lists of pre- and on-site registrants. A broad range of sponsorships is also available to help raise the visibility of your company. We hope the ASHG 58th Annual Meeting is a meeting that will be on your show calendar for 2008!
