Exhibitors will be permitted to distribute
appropriate promotional material and
approved related items only from their
exhibit booth. In keeping with the
educational purpose of the exhibit program,
all giveaways except literature must have
advance approval of Exhibit Management and
must conform to acceptable, professional
standards.
Distribution of candy is limited to
individually wrapped items. Exhibitors may
not distribute food and/or beverages of any
kind, including bottled water that is not
purchased through the Convention Center’s
exclusive food and beverage provider,
ARAMARK/SS Food Services:
