Brede/National Exposition Services will
provide material handling services.
All freight charges must be PREPAID.
Complete information on material handling rates will
be posted on the on-line Exhibitor Service
Manual Web site. Exhibitors shipping by van
line, motor freight or air freight must send
a copy of the bill of lading to
Brede/National Exposition Services. The bill
of lading must include the number of pieces,
weight, classifications, carrier and routing
of delivering carrier. The services provided
by Brede/National Exposition Services
include: 1) receiving crated shipments at
their warehouse and storage for up to 30
days; 2) delivery to the exhibitor's booth;
3) removal, storage, and return of empty
crates and containers; and 4) removal of
packed shipments from the booth and
reloading same on outgoing carriers.
Beginning on Monday, October 6, 2008,
Brede/National Exposition Services will
receive advance freight until Monday,
November 3, 2008, and store it until set-up
begins. Freight received after November 3,
2008 is subject to a late charge. Only
crated shipments may be consigned to the
warehouse
