Exhibitors who plan to have an exhibit
service firm (other than Brede/National
Exposition Services, the official service
contractor) unpack, erect, assemble,
dismantle, and pack displays must abide by
all PCCA rules and regulations.
Exhibitors must notify Brede/National
Exposition Services of such plans by Friday,
October 24, 2008.
The exhibitor and/or service firm must
notify the official show contractor,
Brede/National Exposition Services, in
writing of the name of the supervisor(s) and
all employees working the show and must
furnish an ORIGINAL insurance certificate to
Brede/National Exposition Services showing
required Workers Compensation coverage and
liability coverage to include property
damage in the amount of $1,000,000. The EAC
form can be downloaded from the Exhibitor
Service Kit Web site on or about July 21,
2008.
The service company must show proof of
affiliation with the exhibitor and all
outside contractor personnel must report to
the Exhibitor Registration Desk, located
inside the entrance to Hall C, to receive
a badge before being allowed onto
the exhibit hall floor for erecting and
dismantling exhibitor booths. Only
exhibitors and contractors that have
provided Brede/National Exposition Services
with the required notification and forms
will be allowed to work on the exhibit
floor. Those without required forms will not
be allowed on the floor until the required
forms have been completed and presented to
Exhibit Management.
