Following is a listing of invited scientific sessions available for sponsorship. Click a session number below to view the session summary or scroll through all session summaries.  Sponsorships for these sessions are sought for $5,000 per session, with the exception of the Distinguished Speakers’ Symposium on Wednesday, November 12, 2008, for which a sponsorship in the amount of $10,000 is sought. As part of your sponsor application, please indicate (in priority order) the sessions that your organization is interested in sponsoring.
